How to upload player documents
Fill out the paperwork (if needed), scan in with your computer (or take a photo - must be legible) and then follow the instructions below.
(1) Login to your account using the Login button on the top right of the site
(2) Make sure you have "My Account" selected on the left hand side menu
(3) Click on the icon next to the Participant's Name
(4) Select the upload button next to the document that you would like to upload
(5) Click Choose file and browse to the file
(6) Click Upload
(7) Scroll all the way down to the bottom and select Update
