Focus: Dynamic Warm-ups, Stretching, Speed Arm Swings, Acceleration, Resistance Training, Agility and Quickness. Cone and Ladder drills & general conditioning
Camp starts at 630pm and ends at 830pm on 7/10 & 7/11
Camp runs from 10am to12pm on 7/12
