Players Age 11-12, The complete baseball experience with runners leading, pitchers picking off runners and a larger 50/70 field. (50' Pitcher Mound/ 70' Bases).

Assessments - Saturday, Aug. 17th. 2024
Majors - 11 Year Old (Player will be 11 years old on or before 04/30/2025)
9:00 - 10:00am A-Z All 11 year old players arrive at 9:00am
Majors - 12 Year Old (Player will be 12 years old on or before 04/30/2025)
10:30 - 11:30am A-Z All 12 year old players arrive at 10:30am.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for check in. Please check in with the designated volunteer and verify your player's uniform size. Each player should bring a mitt, bat, helmet and water bottle. Each player should also wear comfortable clothes, cleats/sneakers, and a ball cap. Following assessments, you will receive an email from your player's coach with team placement and initial practice schedule.
Draft - Sunday Aug. 18th 2024
Practices begin - Monday Aug. 19th 2024.
Opening Day - Saturday Aug. 17th 2024.
Matthews Athletic and Recreation Association (MARA) incurs various league, medical, security, uniform, insurance, and administrative fees which are not refundable to the organization. Therefore, if you withdraw your player fifteen (15) days or more before the stated registration period closes for a sport/program, we will provide a refund of the total registration fee, LESS A $50 Processing Fee. Otherwise, we do not provide any refunds for a player withdrawing from the program.
